The Role

We’re seeking a confident, capable Project Manager with a strong track record of leading design and branding projects. In this role, you will take ownership of project delivery — from planning and scoping through to execution — ensuring our work meets high standards of quality, and is delivered on time and on budget. You’ll lead collaboration across internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to create clarity, momentum, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who brings:

  • 2+ years of experience managing projects, ideally within an agency environment.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships with clarity and care.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Confidence managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.

  • A proactive mindset and a passion for supporting impactful design work.

About the work

You will lead the project management for a variety of product and branding design projects, working with clients across a range of sectors, including healthcare, sustainability, and equity-based initiatives. This is a remote position aligned to EST working hours, allowing for flexible working arrangements from any location within this time zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead project planning, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

  • Drive project progress and ensure milestones are met on time.

  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, client teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, helping to manage expectations, gather feedback, and keep communication clear and proactive.

  • Prepare status reports and assist with project documentation.

  • Track budgets and ensure project costs align with client agreements.

  • Help maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.

  • Assist in managing project risks and helping to resolve any issues that arise.

Benefits

  • 4-day work week

  • $60,000–$70,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience.

  • Flexible working arrangements via fully remote work with access to co-working spaces as needed.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
