TORONTO, October 2026 — With, an independent design and technology studio for social impact, has welcomed Christine Jinae Lee as Managing Director. In this role, she will support the studio’s next phase of growth, building on its foundations in brand and digital design to expand how it helps partners tell stories, connect communities and put technology to responsible use.

Lee brings experience in product management, digital delivery and organizational leadership, including leading a large-scale digital transformation at TELUS Digital Labs and managing product teams at Toronto startups. Building on her role at With as a Program and Product leader on work with Johns Hopkins University, she brings an understanding of the studio’s collaborative approach and the needs of its partners.

As Managing Director, Lee will lead studio operations and strengthen the systems that support its people, partnerships and delivery. Working closely with Founder and CEO Derek Vaz and the studio’s leadership team, she will help align resourcing, planning and ways of working with With’s growing capabilities, while providing senior oversight for key client relationships.
