The Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in supporting and coordinating design projects, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Project Manager, you will help drive projects forward, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery, while learning key project management skills. You will play a critical role in coordinating communication across internal teams, client teams, and other stakeholders, helping to facilitate a seamless project experience.
This role is perfect for someone with:
2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an agency environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
A willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic design studio.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
A proactive mindset and a passion for supporting impactful design work.
About the work
You will support the project management for a variety of product and branding design projects, working with clients across a range of sectors, including healthcare, sustainability, and equity-based initiatives. This is a remote position aligned to EST working hours, allowing for flexible working arrangements from any location within this time zone.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Track project progress and ensure milestones are met on time.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, client teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
Support day-to-day client interactions, helping to manage expectations, gather feedback, and keep communication clear and proactive.
Prepare status reports and assist with project documentation.
Support budget tracking and ensure project costs align with client agreements.
Help maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Assist in managing project risks and helping to resolve any issues that arise.
Benefits
4-day work week
$60,000–$70,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience.
